“Sopa de español” program is founded by Sofia Fonseca, Mexican artist and teacher with 7+ years of experience working with children 6-12. The program is led by a team of teachers certified in (ELE) Spanish as a foreign language or pedagogy with a Montessori approach. All the classes are designed with their own material but reinforced with Spanish of Campus Difusión, a certify Spanish School by Instituto Cervantes of Madrid. Students will start by learning pronunciation while they learn how to read fluently, then they will start composing their own phrases understanding how the language works. Another important goal is audio understanding, learning to hear the language and start recognizing words and phrases so they can start speaking. Hispanic culture is also an important part of the class in order to help children fully understand the Spanish culture. Classes are tailored from beginner level to higher levels A1 to C2.
