1 credit equals $1, for example, if a class costs 20 credits/session, you will pay $20 for each class session.
We will give you 20 free credits when you first create an account.
You will have to purchase credits before you can register for a class. Your credits will never expire. The credit system allows customers to change classes, cancel classes (before 24 hours), or save the credits for future use.
Our classes cover a wide range of topics and formats, including drop - in classes and pre - scheduled tutoring sessions. For classes with recurring weekly sessions, you can enroll at any time. Simply browse our offerings and select a time that suits your schedule. For some classes, each session builds upon the previous one, therefore enrollment in all sessions is encouraged or required.
To register for a class:
1. To sign up for a class, just click "Enroll."
2. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll be asked to do that before enrolling.
3. You can apply your remaining credits to your balance during checkout. If you don't have enough credits, you can still check out using your preferred payment method to finish enrolling.
Most of our classes are hosted on Zoom. To join a Zoom class, please follow these steps:
1. Download Zoom onto the device you will use for the class.
2. Go to your “My Account” page and you will see the classes you have enrolled in listed. Use the Zoom ID and password to join the class on Zoom.
3. Or, click “Enter the Classroom”. Follow any links to join the class.
Some of our classes - Go/Wei Class, Calligraphy Class, and Japanese Class - are hosted on ClassIn. To join these classes, please follow these steps:
1. Download ClassIn onto the device you will use for the class.
2. Create an account on ClassIn with your phone number. Then send the same number to Bilin Academy’s WeChat (WeChat ID: bilinstudio) or to learn@bilinacademy.com.
3. Log in to the ClassIn App and you will see your classes listed. Click “Enter” to join the class.
1. You can cancel a session anytime prior to 24 hours before the start of class and get a credit refund.
2. To cancel, please go to your account, click on the "…" in the top right corner of your enrolled class, select "Request to cancel," and provide your reason for cancellation.
3. Once we receive your request, we will review and refund the credits if applicable. Please note that missed sessions are not eligible for refund.
You can request a refund for your remaining credits. You can send a refund request to Bilin Academy’s WeChat (WeChat ID: bilinstudio) or to learn@bilinacademy.com.
